The perfect place for unwinding, getting back to nature and the rhythms of the countryside.

Two comfortable cottages on a 200acre working organic family farm, where animals and nature abound.  Collect fresh eggs for supper, melt marshmallows over a campfire or simply lay back as the stars twinkle above. Take long walks or short strolls from your door, taking in the best our Brecon Beacons National Park has to offer.

Recharge your batteries for free - with our micro-hydro system you can run your electric car on welsh rain, at no extra cost!

The cottages have been sympathetically converted from traditional stone barns.

At one time Nyth y Wennol (sleeping six plus two infants) would have been a hive of activity as this was the old dairy where butter and cheese were made for home use and for sale.

Bryniau Pell (sleeping four plus two infants) has been converted from a cart shed and hay loft – traditionally an ideal place for the farm lads to court their true loves.

Each cottage has a collection of books, cd’s and board games and there is a shared playroom with table football together with a variety of other toys, a DVD library and a range of interesting publications on the area.

Well behaved pets by arrangement but sadly no dogs during the lambing periods – for obvious reasons.

There are pretty gardens with tables and chairs and Bar-B-Q’s.  For children there is a shared, enclosed play area with a variety of equipment as well as various animals close by. A walk over the ‘rickety bridge’ leads to a ‘fairy dell’ an ideal site for camp fires and den building.

The cottages may be booked individually or together for groups or larger families.

For group accommodation and larger parties we also offer Y Beudy as an extension to the cottages. This gives you added space and reception area with plenty of seating and tables.

Both cottages have fresh spring water running from the taps.  Please use this to refill your bottles rather than buying more plastic.
