Hen Weithdy is a detached property which has been sympathetically converted from a 19th century carpenter's workshop, and is situated at the end of a shared driveway with ample parking for two cars, an enclosed patio garden to the front, and with views over farmland to Snowdonia from the rear garden.
Ground Floor: The beamed kitchen includes eye-level oven/grill with fan oven and separate hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer etc. The adjoining dining room includes patio doors allowing views to the rear over fields to Snowdonia, as well as access to the secluded rear lawned garden. Large sitting room has views to Snowdonia and also to the front patio and garden area, and features inglenook fireplace, original beams, television, video, stereo system. Payphone. A beamed single bedroom with adjacent large shower room with WC and washbasin.
First Floor: Reached by a bright and airy staircase, the upper floor comprises a bathroom with washbasin, WC and heated airing cupboard, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Included: Children's stairgate, playpen, highchair, garden furniture. Bed linen and hand towel + bath towel per person per wk included. All rooms heated by oil-fired central heating. Oil and electricity included in the rental.
