Minffordd Self Catering Holidays

Four superb 5 + 4 star holiday cottages to suit any size of party. All cottages can be rented together to accommodate a larger party,as all within 75yds proximity. Minffordd Cottage (5*) is a character bungalow cottage, tastefully constructed in traditional style with access through archway off court yard, adjacent to owners own property with shared garden and patio facilities, complete with barbecue. Sea View (5*) and Mountain View (5*) are new build disabled equipped cottages and "Fron Lligwy"(4*) Pictured here on the left with its conservatory, is a lovely, refurbished family home, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a glorious conservatory, with a wonderful sunny aspect, surrounded by lawns and trees. Minffordd Self Catering is Green Dragon Accredited Establishment. 5* Minffordd Cottage: Comprising of wood beamed lounge and kitchen. Modern luxury oak kitchen including microwave, autowasher, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, built in cooker etc., and Austrian style dining area. Full bathroom ( Power Shower over Bath), two bedrooms - one king size double and one twin (with wash basin and shower). Fully centrally heated.( Additional charge Oct-Mar). Fully inclusive of energy costs, Linen and Towels supplied. Ample Parking

5* Sea View and 5* Mountain View - Two purpose built semi detatched cottages which totally disabled equipped for wheelchair access - Sea View has a ground floor twin bedroom with en suite 'wet' shower room and WC, whilst Mountain View has a 'day' bed in lounge area again with full 'wet' shower room facilities as well as a oak floored conservatory - All living,kitchen/dining and bedrooms have Col. T.V with VCR/DVD/CD eqiupped. All linen, fuel and electricity included in tariff. Cot and high chair available on request. Colour TV., Digi/satellite (card not included),video and DVD/CD. Ample Parking with level access. Both have full C/H (additional charge Oct-March) Domestic Hot water heated by Solar power.

4* Fron Lligwy: The accommodation comprises of two lounges separated by an arch, superb new oak fitted kitchen which includes marble worktops, dishwasher, autowasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer as well as full oven and hob. Oaked Floor Breakfast room, dining room complete with antique pine dresser, and ground floor bathroom with shower and toilet, complete the layout downstairs. First floor luxury bathroom and four bedrooms (All have Col.TV + DVD)- one king size double bed, one double with single, one twin and one standard double. Oil fired central heating. All electricity, fuel and linen included in tariff. Cot, high chair, colour TV., satellite (card not included) and video. Garden furniture, large conservatory full of plants and cane furniture, an ideal place in which to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea. Parking for three cars. Boats and pets( Dogs only) by arrangement only in all properties.
