Plas Heulog Holiday Cottages, graded 4 star by Visitwales are situated above the village of Llanfairfechan on the coast of Snowdonia, North Wales. They offer peaceful self catering holidays on our 10 acre estate with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.
2 miles from the A55 expressway. Walk or mountain bike from your front door. Great location for touring the castles of North Wales, Bodnant Garden and Snowdon Railway. Plas Heulog is situated 850 feet (260 m) up in the foothills of the Carnedd Mountains, Snowdonia and on the North Wales Path. It is just 2 miles from the beach, and A55, at Llanfairfechan. It's location averages an annual rainfall of only 36 inches, less than half other parts of Snowdonia. Our holiday cottages are less than half an hour's drive from the 13th Century World Heritage Site castles of Beaumaris, Caernarfon and Conwy, the National Trust's Penrhyn Castle, Plas Newydd and Bodnant Garden and Llanberis for Snowdon Mountain Railway. From your front door you have immediate access to footpaths and bridleways which take you out onto the hills amongst the sheep and wild ponies. Each double or twin bedroom has an en-suite shower or bath room. The terrace of four single storey cottages have their own driveway and parking spaces. Central heating, hot water, electricity and bed linen are all included. Each cottage has a colour teletext TV, electric cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. On site there is a laundry room, secure cycle storage. Towel hire and provision of groceries on arrival can be arranged.
