Craig-y-don and Craig-y-Llydan are a pair of spacious houses offering great rental accommodation. They are located in a stunning position with magical views, right on the beach at Rhosneigr in Wales. Rebuilt in 2008 on the site of the previous Craig-y-Don Craig y Don & Craig y Llydan

There are two properties available to rent, Craig-y-don and Craig-y-llydan, which are situated next door to each other. They can be booked individually or together. The property is approached up a half mile shared private tarmac drive. Gates lead into the rear of the houses with a large parking area.

The front of the house is laid mainly to grass with paving stones and gravel leading round each side of the house.

A slipway leads directly to the beach.

Both properties have oil fired central heating, hot water, electricity, all linen and towels are included in the rental. All double beds are zip and link so may be used either as singles (3’) or doubles (6’). A cot and high chair are available for small children. One or two (well behaved) dogs are welcome in Craig y Don while Craig y Llydan does not allow animals.

The two properties are the mirror image of each other in terms of layout.

GROUND FLOOR: A large porch leads into the hall with two twin ground floor bedrooms (one en suite), a cloakroom, wet room and drying room.

FIRST FLOOR: Sitting Room: The magnificent 6 metre square living room with floor to ceiling bay windows overlooking the sea makes a wonderful vantage point. TV, DVD.

Kitchen/Diner: A fully fitted kitchen including microwave, two Bosch ovens, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and plenty of cupboard space. A counter separates the kitchen from the sitting room so even when you are cooking you are not cut off from your friends/family.

Leading straight out from the kitchen is a 5 metre square dining room with French Doors leading onto a roof terrace. Ideal for enjoying a sunny breakfast or quiet drink before dinner.

Bathroom: A bathroom and wc leads off the landing.

TOP FLOOR: The master bedroom with en suite shower and wc has a vaulted ceiling and wonderful views across the sea to the Lleyn Peninsular. Lie in bed and watch the moon glistening on the sea and listen to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach.

There is also a twin and single bedroom and a family shower room.
