Over 36 years ago we started letting farmhouses, cottages and our converted old farm buildings at Cerbid, in an area where my family have farmed for nearly six hundred years.
We were probably the first in the country to establish a policy of providing quality, fully residential "Homes for Holidays"- rather than mere holiday homes.
Quality Cottages Proprietors, Leonard Rees and Margaret Rees were the first Wales Tourist Board gold medal award winners for "services to quality self-catering in Wales".
Quality Cottages continues to work closely with the Wales Tourist Board who inspect all properties biennially that are included in our portfolio.
